Plot: The Tamil film Amaran centers around the life and bravery of Major Mukund Varadarajan, paying tribute to his inspiring journey and the sacrifices he made. The plot delves deep into both his personal life and the intense missions he undertook as a soldier, drawing audiences into a moving portrayal of a hero's life.

 Cast: Sivakarthikeyan stars as Major Mukund Varadarajan, with Sai Pallavi portraying his wife.

And Bollywood’s Diwali release calendar is packed this year with a major box office clash: Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will go head-to-head with Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again.
 
Singham Again: Duration: 2 hours 40 minutes 

Plot: Inspired by the Ramayana, this film reimagines Ajay Devgn’s character as Lord Ram, with Kareena Kapoor Khan playing Sita. The movie tells a modernized version of the mythological story, with Arjun Kapoor playing the villain Danger Lanka and Ranveer Singh as Lord Hanuman. Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar also feature in pivotal roles.

Themes: Bravery, loyalty, and the epic battle to rescue Sita from Lanka.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3: Duration: 2 hours 48 minutes

Plot: Continuing the legacy of its successful predecessors, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 blends horror and comedy. This time, Rooh Baba (played by Kartik Aaryan) enters a haunted mansion in Kolkata, where he faces two vengeful spirits, both claiming to be Manjulika. The film is filled with eerie moments and comedic scares, much like its previous installments.
 
Cast: Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri lead the film, with Madhuri Dixit making a special appearance as a ghost.

Release: Scheduled for release on November 1, 2024, it will go head-to-head with Singham Again.
