Demonte Colony II: Vengeance of the Unholy aka Demonte Colony 2 is a supernatural horror thriller starring Arulnithi Tamilarasu and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead. The film directed by R. Ajay Gnanamuthu released in theaters on August 15, 2024 as a sequel to the popular Tamil hit Demonte Colony (2015).

This film is now gearing up for a digital premiere, and Demonte Colony 2's OTT release date is September 27, 2024. Demonte Colony 2 will be available to stream in Tamil, Telugu languages with English subtitles on the Zee5 streaming platform. 

While the first film saw Arulnithi play Srinivasan, the sequel sees him return from the dead, as Srinivasan and his estranged twin brother Raghunathan. What story entangles the twins this time to the haunted Demonte Colony house is what the sequel is all about. Demonte Colony 2 has Sam CS for music.
