Music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja's score for Tamil-Indian film The Greatest of All Time, starring Vijay in the lead, had garnered praise so far for giving the needed amp to the action thriller setup of the movie. However the Tamil audience, who also refer to the film as The GOAT, have now found that Yuvan's score for the film (heard in The GOAT trailer) sounds very similar to the intro of a J-pop song titled Knock You Out !.

Yuvan had first unveiled the background music in October 24, 2023, when The GOAT was still known by its working title Thalapathy 68. On the other hand, Japanese girl group Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku aka Ebichu, released Knock You Out ! as part of their album Indigo Hour, only on February 28, 2024. 

Knock you out！is composed and written by KennyDoes (UMEDACYPHER), and arranged by KennyDoes, Cosaqu (UMEDACYPHER). The J-pop song was released under Sony Music Label. The Greatest of All Time's audio rights is with the Indian music label giant, T-series.
