The Greatest of All Time, also known as The GOAT or GOAT, is an upcoming Vijay film that is slated for a September 5 Teacher's day release, which flows into the Vinayagar Chaturthi weekend. The movie written and directed by Venkat Prabhu, and produced by AGS Entertainment has Vijay playing dual roles of father Gandhi, and son Jeevan. 

While Gandhi is a retired agent of the Special Anti-Terrorist Squad (SATS), Jeevan, played by a de-aged version of Vijay is shown in the GOAT trailer to aid his father in stopping a looming bomb threat in Chennai. Recently, the makers unveiled brand new The Greatest of All Time stills featuring these characters. Actress Meenakshi Chaudhary, who plays the younger Vijay's love interest is also seen in one of these stills. 

The Greatest of All Time is a multi-starrer action thriller, which is based on the Moscow Metro bombing of 2004. The movie has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music (All you need to know about the film).
