[Updated: May 29, 2024] Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan in the lead is an upcoming sequel to director Shankar's blockbuster hit Indian (1996). The movie scheduled to release in theaters on July 12, 2024, is currently gearing up for a second single release on March 29, 2024 [Wednesday] at 11 AM. The lyric videos are out now and can be viewed above (Tamil) and below (Telugu, Hindi).

Indian 2 second single's titles composed by Anirudh Ravichander, has now been revealed to be Neelorpam (Tamil), Chengaluva (Telugu) and Dhaage (Hindi). While Neelorpam has lyrics by Thamarai, Chengaluva and Dhaage are penned by RamajogaiahSastry and Manoj Muntashir Shukla respectively. All three versions of the song have vocals by Abby V and Shruthika Samudhrala.

The song features actors Siddharth and Rakul Preet Singh, and has been hinted to be a romantic number. Sony Music label holds the audio rights to Indian 2. 

A Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies venture, Indian 2 will also be releasing in Hindi as Hindustaani 2 and Telugu as Bharateeyudu 2. The movie is gearing up for an audio launch on June 1, 2024 [Saturday].
