Raayan is an upcoming gangster action written, directed and lead by actor Dhanush, and the movie is currently gearing up for a first single release titled Adangaatha Asuran on May 9, 2024 [Thursday]. It has now been revealed that Adangaatha Asuran song has lyrics by Dhanush himself, and is choreographed by Prabhu Deva. A new poster for the Adangaatha Asuran single is also out. 

The promotional posters for Raayan first single Adangaatha Asuran have so far come with the imagery of demon Raavanan in the background. The song is expected to be unveiled on producers Sun Pictures' YouTube channel. 

Raayan is scheduled to release in theaters in June, 2024. Set in the backdrop of North Chennai, the movie also stars Dushara Vijayan, Kalidas Jayaram, Sundeep Kishan among others.
