Biriyani goes to revising committee

Biryani directed by Venkat Prabhu starring Karthi, Premji and Hansika is one of the most expected films. It will hit the screens on December 20. The film has been censored with an U/A certificate. 

The makers are not happy with U/A certificate awarded to the film. They are keen on getting a U certificate so that the film can get entertainment tax exemption. The makers have now decided to approach the Revising Committee to get an 'U' certificate.

Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja and camera is cranked by Sakthi Saravanan. The film is produced by Studio Green who will also be distributing the film as well. Biriyani will release in both Tamil and Telugu simultaneously on December 20.

Biriyani is a very important film for Karthi as all his previous films Saguni, Alex Pandian and All in All Azhagu Raja failed to create a mark at the Box Office. Now Karthi is pinning all his hopes on Biriyani.
