Whistle Podu, the Vijay sung first single from upcoming sci-fi action thriller The Greatest of All Time (The GOAT) is out now. A Yuvan Shankar Raja composition, Whistle Podu has lyrics by Madan Karky, and has released marking the occassion of Tamil New Year on April 14, 2024 [Sunday]. 

The dance number is choreographed by Raju Sundaram, and glimpses of Vijay dancing alongside Prabhu Deva, Prasanth and Ajmal Ameer are seen in Whistle Podu's lyric video. There is also a nod to Vijay's highly anticipated political entry in Whistle Podu lyrics, while the video itself pays homage to all of Venkat Prabhu's movies including the Ajith starrer Mankatha.

An AGS Entertainment production, The Greatest of All Time is scheduled to release in theaters on September 5, 2024 [Thursday] for the Vinayagar/Ganesh Chaturthi weekend. Written and directed by Venkat Prabhu, The GOAT is actor Vijay's second-last movie before his full-fledged entry into politics.
