Thug Life co-written, co-produced and starring Kamal Haasan in the lead, is an upcoming Mani Ratnam directorial which comes with an ensemble of Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Dulquer Salmaan, Gautham Karthik, Aishwarya Lekshmi among others. 

The movie's first schedule was shot for over a week in Chennai during January, 2024, and recently Kamal Haasan revealed in the media that he had gone to the US for a few days to 'prep' for Thug Life. Latest we hear Thug Life will begin its overseas schedule in the Republic of Serbia, which is located in Europe.  

Kamal Haasan who is currently taking a break to focus on his political career, has reportedly given a call sheet for 1 week starting March 1, 2024. Actor Jayam Ravi is also expected to be part of this Serbia schedule, and the Ponniyin Selvan star has revealed that he plays an extended cameo in the movie.
