It has only been a week since Dhanush's Pongal, 2024 movie Captain Miller released in theaters, and the star actor has already begun his next big project. The shooting of Dhanush's Telugu-Tamil bilingual which tentatively goes by DNS, has begun. DNS is written and directed by Telugu filmmaker Sekhar Kammula, and also has Tollywood stars Nagarjuna, Rashmika Mandanna and Bollywood actor Jim Sarbh playing important roles. 

DNS - which stands for Dhanush, Nagarjuna and Sekhar Kammula, was launched with an official pooja ceremony on Thursday. A statement from the film's team confirms that the shooting began on Wednesday and crucial scenes were filmed with Dhanush.  

A joint production venture of Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and director Sekhar Kammula's Amigos Creations, DNS has Aditya Music as its official audio label. The movie's technical crew includes cinematographer Niketh Bommi, production designers Ramakrishna Sabbani and Monika Nigotre. An official announcement on the rest of the cast and crew is currently awaited.
