Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Bigg Boss Tamil fame Aarav will next be seen in a crime thriller titled Maruthi Nagar Police Station, which is an Aha original Tamil movie releasing directly on OTT this May 19, 2023. The movie's trailer unveiled by the Aha streaming platform , reveals that Maruthi Nagar Police Station is set around a double murder that takes place in a police station, and the investigation unfolds more than one plan to execute it. 

One of the murdered victims is police inspector Gurunathan and Varalaxmi, Aarav's characters need to get to the bottom of who really killed him. Maruthi Nagar Police Station also stars Santhosh Prathap, Mahat Raghavendra, Yasar, Vivek Rajagopal, Amit Bharghav, Subramanya Siva, Yash Shetty, Ravi Venkatraman, Shruthi Nayak, Joe Simon, Balaji, Chandra Chud among others.

The OTT film is written, directed and produced by Dayal Padmanabhan. The technical crew of Maruthi Nagar Police Station includes Manikanth Kadri for music, Shekhar Chandra for cinematography, Dayal Padmanabhan for lyrics, C S Balachander for production design and  Preethi- Babu for edits.
