The Legend New Saravana Stores owner and business entrepreneur Saravanan Arul made his Kollywood debut at the age of 52 through the Tamil movie The Legend. Sarvananan Arul produced and played lead in the big budget action film, and it released in theaters on Juky 28, 2022. The movie is now all set for its digital premiere, and The Legend's OTT release date has been confirmed as March 3, 2023 by Disney Plus Hotstar streaming platform. 

Director duo JD-Jerry of Ullasam (1997), Whistle (2003) fame have written and directed The Legend, which comes with a runtime of 161 minutes and also stars Geethika Tiwari, Urvashi Rautela, late comedians Vivek, Mayilsamy, Suman, Prabhu, Nassar, Vijayakumar, Latha, Sachu, Thambi Ramaiah, Robo Shankar, Mansoor Ali Khan, Devadarshini, Livingston, Yogi Babu, Yashika Anand (special appearance), Raai Laxmi (special appearance) among others.  

The Legend has Harris Jayaraj for music and revolves around a world renowned scientist who takes on the pharma mafia, when he decides to find a cure for diabetics. The movie will be streaming in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam languages.
