Sathya Jyothi Films produced Captain Miller is an upcoming Dhanush starrer written and directed by Arun Matheswaran of Rocky (2021) and Saani Kaayidham (2022) fame. A period action drama set in the 1930s, Captain Miller will see Dhanush in the role of a gangster and recently, an unofficial click of the actor went so viral that the production banner tweeted it out themselves on their official handle.

Captain Miller was previously said to be aiming a Summer, 2023 release but latest we hear the movie is planning to come out during the Diwali weekend in November, 2023. Diwali falls between November 9 [Thursday] and November 14 [Tuesday] this year.

Captain Miller shares its title with Liberation Tiger of Tamil Eelam aka LTTE's first suicide bomber. The movie also starring Priyanka Mohan (female lead), Sundeep Kishan, Nivedihthaa Sathish, John Kokken, Moor, among others is currently being filmed at Courtallam and plans to wrap shooting by April, 2023. 

The technical crew of this film includes GV Prakash for music, Shreyaas Krishna for cinematography, Madhan Karky for dialogues, T Ramalingam for art, Dhilip Subbarayan for stunts and Nagooran for edits.
