Vaathi [Tamil]/ Sir [Telugu] is an upcoming bilingual starring Dhanush in the lead. The movie is all set to hit theater screens on February 17, 2023 [Friday] and all eyes are currently on the first show i.e. the FDFS of the film. In Tamil Nadu, as of now, Vaathi first show begins only at 8 AM IST. However the premiere in USA will be a little earlier so the FDFS time of the Vaathi/SIR is expected to be 5: 30 AM IST or 6 AM IST. 

Written and directed by Venky Atluri, Vaathi also stars Samyuktha Menon, Samuthirakani among others and has GV Prakash for music. The movie is produced by Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas and Srikara Studios and is being release in the US by Prime Media.
