Varisu Audio Launch Live Setlist & Other Highlights

One of the highly anticipated audio launch events of the Tamil film industry is all set to tale place tomorrow i.e. December 24, 2022 [Saturday] at 4 PM and here is all you need to know about the awaited highlights of the evening:

 

  • Varisu audio launch event passes have been distributed under three categories - nanba/nanbi, gold and platinum. The platinum pass guarantees a separate entry into the Nehru indoor stadium where the VVIP guests will also arrive at.
  • Thunivu distributor Udhayanidhi Stalin is also distributing Varisu in Chennai, Chengalpet, North Arcot, South Arcot and Coimbatore regions of Tamil Nadu. He is said to have been invited to the Varisu audio launch. It remains to be seen if the cabinet minister will make himself present at the event.
  • Varisu film composer Thaman will be performing all 6 songs from the movie live. As reported by MovieCrow before, Anirudh, who has sung one of these numbers will also be performing it live.

  • The live setlist of Varisu audio launch includes the entire tracklist of the movie and one of Vijay's hit numbers Aal Thotta Boopathy, from the actor's 2002 movie Youth. Interestingly, Aal Thotta Boopathy singer Shankar Mahadevan has also sung for Varisu.
  •  The song titles being performed are:
    • Ranjithame
    • Thee Thalapathy
    • Soul of Varisu - Extended Version (by Sid Sriram)
    • The Boss Returns - Intro Song (by Anirudh)
    • A duet by Sid Sriram, Jonita Gandhi
    • A celebration song by Shankar Mahadevan, Karthik. 
    • Aal Thotta Boopathy (From Youth)


  • As per expectations, actor Vijay's speech will be the main highlight of Varisu audio launch.
