One of the highly anticipated Tamil movies of 2023 is the Vijay starrer Varisu and the movie is all set to release in Janauary for Pongal, 2023. While Varisu, titled Vaarasudu is yet to clear censor and officially confirm its release date, the movie's UK distributors Ahimsa Entertainment have updated that advance bookings for the film has already begun in the region.

The bookings currently open are for the Varisu premiere shows and later dates in the UK, and the first show screens at 1 AM IST. The runtime of Varisu is approximately estimated to be 2 hours and 45 minutes, while the official minutes will be out only post the film's censor.

Varisu produced by Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations has S. Thaman for music and Rashmika Mandanna playing female lead. The movie written and directed by Vamshi Paidipally is said to revolve around a happy-go-lucky character named Vijay Rajendran, for whom things change once his foster father dies unexpectedly.
