A snippet of actor Sivakarthikeyan's speech addressing his fans ahead of his upcoming release Prince (October 21, 2022), is currently being shared widely on social media, for it addresses the most common brickbats that comes with any fandom. Taking the stage for Prince pre-release event that aired on Vijay TV, Sivakarthikeyan was found saying in this video,

"First celebrate your own life, then celebrate your family, if you celebrate me after (these two) I would be very much delighted. And I would like to say only one thing to you all; Don't worry one bit about what others are saying or have said. You stay positive, stay confident. If you think 'What next', the victory is yours. If the thoughts to 'what to do to others', [gestures no in hand and body language] (you) won't get anything. So keep that in mind. You (the fans) have been giving me lots of affection and support.."
