Director JD-Jerry of Ullasam (1997), Whistle (2003) fame are making a comeback with a Tamil film titled The Legend and the movie starring famed businessman Saravanan in the lead has generated quite the anticipation for multiple reasons. The Legend will be releasing in theaters on July 1, 2022 and an official announcement on the same is expected to be made soon. 

The Legend is also bankrolled by Saravanan and he has left no stone unturned in ensuring the quality of his debut production. Music by Harris Jayaraj has already been raved as the composer's comeback while the trailer of the film that was recently unveiled, gave a glimpse of the content the film is packed with - strong ensemble of supporting actors, sound technicals, a story with 'scientist' Saravanan at the center, etc.

Also starring Urvashi Rautela, Geethika, Vivek (late), Nasser, Prabhu, Vijayakumar, Yogi Babu among others, The Legend has R.Velraj for cinematography, Ruben for edits, S.S.Moorthy for art, Pattukottai Prabhakar for dialogues and Anl Arasu for stunts.
