Nazriya withdraws her complaint

Naiyaandi starring Dhanush and Nazriya Nazim in lead roles is directed by Sargunam. The film is set to hit the screens tomorrow (October 11). Music by Ghibran.

Nazriya had lodged a complained with police commissioner S George against the producer and director of Naiyaandi. She had alleged that the makers have used a body double to shoot a particular intimate scene in the film without her permission. 

Producer Kathiresan had arranged a special screening of the film for Nazriya and her family yesterday. After watching the film the Neram girl was convinced that the film was a clean family entertainer. The makers had removed the scene objected by her from the film and the trailer as well.

Nazriya in a statement has said, "I am happy with the edited version of the film. I will withdraw the complaint."
