Actor Vadivelu's return to the big screen is highly awaited by his legions of fans and the comedian seems to be working full-fledged towards that. Lyca productions which is bankrolling Naai Sekar Returns, announced today that the second schedule of their shooting is complete and third schedule will commence soon. Naai Sekar Returns is a spin-off movie of one of Vadivelu's iconic characters and is directed by Suraj.

Vadivelu has also begun shooting for director Mari Selvaraj's Maamannan, which stars Udhayanidhi Stalin, Keerthy Suresh, Fahadh Faasil among others and is an A.R. Rahman musical.

The 'Vaigai Puyal' actor will additionally be starring in an OTT original, and whether it is a film or a series remains unconfirmed for now.
