Udanpirappe is actress Jyotika’s 50th film and it is all set to release directly on Amazon Prime Video on October 14, 2021 (Thursday). The movie which will be premiering in Tamil and Telugu languages had its trailer release today.

Directed by Era. Saravanan, the movie stars Sasikumar as Jyotika's brother and Samuthirakani as her husband. The dynamic between this duo and how this affects the rest of the family is what the movie seems to be all about.

Titled Raktha Sambandham in Telugu, the movie has D Imman for music, Velraj for cinematography and Antony L Rueben for edits. Udanpirappe is one of the four movies from Suriya's 2D Entertainment that has signed a deal with Amazon Prime Video for direct OTT release in the coming days.
