Comedian Vadivelu is making a comeback as a lead in Lyca Productions' Production No: 23 and the film, which is a spin-off to Vadivelu's Naai Sekar character from Thalainagaram (2006), is directed by Suraj. Recently the movie was officially launched with a press meet and it was revealed that Santhosh Narayanan will be composing music for it. 

Production No: 23 is yet to be titled and Suraj has said that Vadivelu will be seen in a never-before-seen role.
