Vasco da Gama is an upcoming comedy thriller starring actor Nakkhul in the lead and the movie had its first look poster release today for Vinayagar Chaturthi. Bankrolled by Dato Subhaskharan under his 5656 Productions, Vasco da Gama is titled after the main characters in the film and also because Nakkhul is on the 'find for something' like the Portugese explorer. 

The movie, whose shooting is currently in process is directed by debutant RG Krishnan. The film's technical crew includes Arun NV for music, Vanchinathan Murugesan for cinematography and Tamil Kumaran for the edits.
