Vijay Sethupathi, Shruthi Haasan starrer Laabam is slated for a September 9, 2021 release in theaters and ahead of the same, a video song from the movie titled Clara my name is Clara has been unveiled. Composed by Imman, the track is crooned by Sunidhi Chauhan and KPY Naveen with Yuga Bharathi for the lyrics.

Written and directed by SP Jananathan, Laabam is about how how the industrial and corporate sectors of society plunder agricultural resources for their own benefits. The movie has Vijay Sethupathi playing an activist who fights for farmers' rights and Lahari Music holds the audio rights to the album.
