In a breaking new development, the release date of SS Rajamouli directed RRR is getting pushed from October 13, 2021 to January 2022. MovieCrow has learnt that this multi-starrer which boasts of names like Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn among others will now release for one of the festival holidays in January instead of on Maha Saptami this year.

RRR is a fictitious story about two legendary Indian revolutionaries and their journey away from home, before they started fighting for their country in 1920's. The movie is scheduled to release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages.
