The long pending flight scenes that would conclude the shooting of Silambarasan TR's Maanaadu have now been wrapped. The scenes were shot at Hosur and producer Suresh Kamatchi shared the coincidence of Maanaadu wrapping on the same date it first began 4 years ago.

An action thriller in the time-loop genre, Maanaadu also stars Kalyani Priyadarshan, S.J. Suryah, Bharathi Raja, S.A. Chandrasekhar among others. The film has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music and plans to release during Aayudha Poojai weekend i.e. October 14, 2021.
