Sivakarthikeyan's upcoming film DON directed by Cibi Chakravarthi began filming in Coimbatore this February and latest on the movie is that it will be resuming shooting this July 15, 2021. Film's director was also seen sharing that he has begun location hunting for this new schedule.  

Don is set in a college backdrop with Sivakarthikeyan playing a student and also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan, SJ Surya, Munishkanth, Kaali Venkat, Bala Saravanan, RJ Vijay, Cook with Comali Pugazh, Shivangi, Shaariq Haasan among others. 

The film has Anirudh for music and is expected to release later this year. Don is produced by Sivakarthikeyan's home banner and Lyca Productions.
