Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has resumed the shooting of his highly awaited Hindi movie Pathan and his loyal fans are currently awaiting the completion and release of the said movie. While it remains unknown at the moment if Shah Rukh will begin Atlee's film or director Rajkumar Hirani's social drama opposite Taapsee next, an update on the Atlee movie is all the buzz right now.

Actress Nayanthara has been offered the female lead role in Atlee's Bollywood debut and the actress will be seen romancing Shah Rukh Khan if all goes well. Reportedly, Nayanthara is far off from reaching the stage of negotiation and paperwork but the talks have definitely begun.

Composer A.R. Rahman was another Kollywood name who was previously associated with the project and it remains to be seen if the two will eventually get on-board.
