Borrder is an upcoming Tamil spy thriller starring Arun Vijay, Regina Cassandra among others. For sometime now, the movie has been buzzed to be in talks with Sony Liv for a direct OTT release. An official confirmation on the same is however awaited.

Directed by Arivazhagan, Borrder has Sam CS for music and is expected to come with a heavy dose of patriotism. All In Pictures has produced the movie which also goes by AV 31.
