Back in 2020, reports were rampant about Sivakarthikeyan collaborating with another associate of director Atlee's. The actor was said to be teaming up with debutant Ashok Kumar and it was even suggested that Sivakarthikeyan will be playing double roles in this movie. 

While there have been no confirmations about the 'double role' part, the Ashok Kumar team up may be Sivakarthikeyan's next. The actor is currently shooting for DON under his home production and has Doctor and Ayalaan in the pipeline for release.
