The Academy Awards, also known as the Oscars is a highly followed film-driven award ceremony all across the world. It recently concluded its 93rd annual edition and we have brought to you the complete winners list along with some award highlights.

The biggest surprise of the evening was 83 year old Antony Hopkins winning Best Actor for The Father, making it his second win and him the oldest Oscar awardee. The British actor had previously taken home an Oscar for playing Hannibal Lecter in the 1994 movie The Silence of the Lambs.

Nomadland won big at the Oscars 2021, clenching Best Picture, Best Director for Chloe Zhao and Best Actress for Frances McDormand. Disney's Soul won Best Animated Feature and Best Original Score, whereas Christopher Nolan's popular 2020 release TENET took home an Oscar for Best visual effects.
