It has now been officially confirmed that the first look of Valimai will be out on actor Ajith's 50th birthday i.e. May 1, 2021. The announcement came from Ajith's PR Manager Suresh Chandra.

Touted to be an action thriller high on nationalistic elements, Valimai is directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor. The film is the trio's second time together after their 2019 release Nerkonda Paarvai.
