Back in December, 2020 it was announced that Dhruv Vikram will be teaming up with Pariyerum Perumal, Karnan director Mari Selvaraj for a sports drama. Now, it has been revealed that Dhruv will be donning the role of a Kabaddi player in the movie for which he has started training.

The yet untitled movie is based on the true life story of a Kabaddi player who came from an underprivileged background and ended up winning gold for India at the Asian Games.

Director Pa. Ranjith's Neelam Productions will be presenting this film, which is a joint production venture of Golden Ratio Films and Little Red Car Films.
