Actor Santhanam's new film Parris Jayaraj turned heads for its play on a famous Tamil composer's name (Harris Jayaraj) and the musical connection has now been confirmed by the film's director Johnson. K. Santhanam plays a gaana singer in the movie who hails from Parry's Corner in Chennai and the movie light-heartedly follows his romantic trials and tribulations.

VJ Sastika Rajendran turns female lead in this film alongside Kaaviya Thalaivan fame Anaika Soti. The movie has music by Santosh Narayanan.
