Earlier today it was announced that music label Sony Music South has come on-board for Karthik Subbaraj directed Jagame Thandhiram which stars Dhanush in the lead and has Santhosh Narayanan for music. With that buzz, it is also being said that the movie which was originally supposed to release in May, 2020 will now hit theater screens in December this year. 

This is ofcourse given movie theaters start functioning by that point and are no longer restricted by the Coronavirus COVID-19. It is worth mentioning here that on what was supposed to be the scheduled release date for the movie, team Jagame Thandhiram had announced officially that it will come out only after the 'world has healed'.
