Thalaivaa release problems anger fans 

The TN state govt Commercial Taxes Department Review Committee refused entertainment tax exemption to ‘Thalaivaa’ quoting various reasons: the movie has over 400 English words in the dialogues, the movie, which has a ‘U certificate’ had excessive depiction of violence and the hero taking law into his own hands and noted that excessive English and Hindi dialogues.

 

Even though the real reasons are unclear, many have urged Actor Vijay and the movie producer should meet the press and describe about the thalaivaa issues to the fans and public.meanwhile, DMK Chief steps in and links the matter to Vishwaroopam issue and calls its a repeat of what happened during Vishwaroopam.

Another unfortunate incident in the state is a fan of Vijay from Coimbatore had committed suicide by hanging himself in his house last night because the boy was dejected when he could not watch the first day show.Vijay has requested the fan to be patient and not to take any extreme measures.
