As reported by us earlier, a remix version of A.R. Rahman's popular number Masakali was released by T-series today. Titled Masakali 2.0, the song released as a single video features Bollywood actors Siddharth Malhotra and Tara Sutaria and has been crooned by Sachet Tandon and Tulsi Kumar (T-Series Bhushan Kumar's sister).

Just like the Humma Humma song, musician Tanishq Bagchi has recreated this remix version as well but Twitter has reacted very poorly to the new number.

Ar Rahman And Mohit chauhan should lodge a police complaint against T series for ruining the classic Masakalli song....!!!!!

The original Masakali song featured in the Bollywood movie Delhi 6 and the song's popularity at that time made Sonam Kapoor a household name down South. The remix version of this song can be viewed here:
