Ever since actor Kamal Haasan was called in for an official inquiry over the tragic crane accident on the sets of Indian 2, the grapevine has hush-hushed about how the actor was made to stand (not even sit) for a long period of time, how the inquiry went on for two and a half hours and how Haasan was allegedly handled roughly and even threatened with an arrest citing a similar incident in Karnataka which landed the lead actor, director being taken into custody. 

While these remained mere 'industry talk', Haasan now has taken a bold move and moved high court over the alleged harassment in the name of inquiry from the CCB police officials. Kamal Haasan has requested the intervention of Madras High Court and stop the rough nature of treatment he is being subject to in the Indian 2 accident's case. He has also requested for the court to treat his case as a priority one.
