Actor SJ Suryah who has an important role to play in Venkat Prabhu directed political thriller Maanaadu has joined Simbu on the sets of their Hyderabad shooting. Recently, producer Suresh Kamatchi also shared an image of the team travelling to Hyderabad and now he has shared several images of STR and SJ Suryah hanging together.

Also starring Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead, Maanaadu will see STR play a Muslim youngster named Abdul Khaaliq and also stars Manoj, Premji Amaren, Arvind Akash among others in supporting roles. The film has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music and plans to release later this year.
