Throughout 2019 Jyotika was seen in films from family banners which includes her upcoming releases Thambi and Pon Magal Vandhal. Now, the actress has begun another film under family production and this time it is for husband Suriya's 2D Entertainment. 

The company's production No. 12 which will feature Sasikumar, Samuthirakani, Jyotika, Kalaiyarasan and Soori among others went on floors with an official pooja ceremony today and images from the event can be seen here. E. Ra. Saravanan is directing this film with music by Imman.
