Irandam Ulagaporin Kadaisi Gundu aka Gundu marks director Pa. Ranjith's second production venture after critically-acclaimed 'Pariyerum Perumal'. The film starring Attakathi Dinesh and Kayal Anadhi in the lead roles is gearing up for release in November. After releasing the film's trailer, the audio of the film is set to be released soon.

The film is written and directed by Athiyan Athirai with Tenma composing music and Kishor Kumar handling cinematography. Irandam Ulaga Porin Kadaisi Gundu is said to be a travel film that addresses caste politics in India.
