After sharing screen-space in films such as Yaamiruka Bayamey, Dharmaprabhu and the upcoming, Pannikutty, actors Yogi Babu and Karunakaran are coming together once again for a film titled Trip, which is touted to be a dark comedy project. Actress Sunaina too plays an important role in this film, which plans to begin filming from September 16, 2019. 

The first schedule of the movie will be shot at Talakona for a period of 32 days, following which they crew plans to shoot at Kodaikanal. Produced by Sai Film Studios and directed by Dennis, Trip includes Siddhu Kumar, for music and Udhaya Shankar for cinematography.
