Director Balaji Mohan who recently announced the launch of his production company Open Window, released the first look poster of his debut film through the company, which is being co-produced by Y Not Studios and Reliance Entertainment. The film has been titled Mandela and will feature Yogi Babu in the lead, presumably in the role of a barber.

Madonne Ashwin, who has a National award for his short film, Dharmam will be directing this film with Barath Shankar for music, Vidhu Ayyana for cinematography and Philomin Raj for edits. The film began shooting today and images from the set was shared by Balaji Mohan on his social media page.
