Disney's Maleficent where Angelina Jolie played the devil-horned fairy, wronged by a human waging wars against the race is returning to combat mode once again in Maleficent 2: Mistress of Evil, the sequel. 

The newly dropped trailer shows that Maleficent's god-daughter and human princess Aurora (Elle Fanning) seeks to marry a prince and reunite with her birth mother, Queen Ingrith (Michelle Pfeiffer) much to the dismay of her winged god-mother. This results in a literal war where Maleficent takes on the human race once again and ends up discovering her own race in the process. 

The film directed by Joachim Ronning is slated to release on October 18, 2019.
