Director Mari Selvaraj has heaped praise on Sasikumar’s upcoming film My Lord, calling it a deeply impactful experience. After watching the film, Selvaraj said it disturbed him in a powerful way and left a lasting impression, describing it as a proper commercial film packed with a hard-hitting social message.

He added that after Nandhan, Ayothi, and Tourist Family, My Lord continues Sasikumar’s streak of meaningful, socially relevant cinema. Selvaraj also lauded director Raju Murugan, stating that from his days as a reporter to now as a filmmaker, he has consistently brought real-life issues to the screen, revealing untold truths through simple characters and turning them into meaningful victories.
