Not Karthi but Arya in Pa. Ranjith's next!

 

It has been speculated for a while now that director Pa. Ranjith's next film will be in Tamil, before he begins shooting for his Bollywood debut directorial, a period drama based on Jharkhand's revolutionary leader Birsa Munda. There were also reports that Ranjith is keen on roping in Karthi as the lead for his film, which is touted to be an action entertainer with boxing as the main element. 


Now, it is being said that owing to Karthi's other commitments, Ranjith has roped in Arya to play the lead. An official confirmation on the same is however awaited. This said project is also touted to be a multi-starrer and actors like Sathyaraj and Rana Daggubati have seemingly been approached to play important roles in the film.
