Vijay Sethupathi's Sindubaadh which released on June 27 has opened up to mixed reviews from critics and audience. At the end of 4 days opening weekend, the film had managed to gross Rs. 7.1 Crore in Tamil Nadu. 

The film has to perform extremely well in the coming weeks to achieve a break even. However, the scenario looks very unlikely with that poor WoM the film has. The movie starring Vijay Sethupathi and Anjali in the lead roles is directed by S.U. Arun Kumar who had previously worked with Vijay Sethupathi in films like 'Pannaiyarum Padminiyum' and 'Sethupathi'. This action thriller has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
