Only this morning Karan Johar was sending out an ecstatic tweet about 2.0's worldwide box-office numbers. Adding to the impressive opening numbers, the Hindi version of 2.0 has helped achieve a milestone as well. Besides minting Rs. 100 Cr + within 5 days of the film's release, the Hindi version of the Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar starrer is now the second highest grossing dubbed film in the language after Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.
Director Shakar's film has however surpassed the lifetime collections of the Hindi dubbed version of Baahubali: The Beginning and in doing so has become Rajinikanth's highest grossing film in the language.
Added to this, Bollywood trade sources predict that by the end of this day i.e December 6, 2018, the box-office collection of 2.0 is most likely to place the film as the highest grosser in Akshay Kumar's career.
