Nithya Menon's The Iron Lady First Look released on J Jayalalithaa's death anniversary!

Today marks two years since former Chief Minister and AIADMK leader J. Jayalalithaa passed away and on this occasion, the makers of The Iron Lady, which is a biopic based on the same leader, have released their first look poster.

Actress Nithya Menon is reprising the role of the late Jayalalithaa in the movie and her first glimpse from the movie has some uncanny resemblance to the once leading actress herself in her hey days.

The Iron Lady is directed by A. Priyadhaarshini and is produced by Papertale Pictures. The movie comes with the tagline 'A story of a revolutionary leader' and describes Jaya as 'India's Margaret Thatcher'.
