Actor Prashanth's Johnny Trailer

The official trailer of actor Prashanth's upcoming hiest thriller Johnny was unveiled today. The movie which stars Prabhu, Sanchita Shetty, Ashutosh Rana, Sayaji Shinde among others is a remake of the Hindi movie Johnny Gaddar and is directed by Pa. VetriSelvan.

Johnny Gaddar was originally written by Sriram Raghavan and was widely acclaimed for its neo-noir treatment. The story is about how an underground dealer tries to pull a heist of Rs. 2.5 crore before migrating to another country and settling with the love of his life. The original story was also said to be based on the 1956 English film The Killing.
